Description

Emotional intelligence, also referred to as EQ ("emotional quotient"), refers to a person's ability to recognize, understand, manage, and reason with emotions. It is a critical ability when it comes to interpersonal communication—and a hot topic not only in psychology, but also in tech.

Women in Tech Global is excited to offer you a workshop that will help you learn how to use emotional intelligence to improve your career and your life.  Zora will be sharing, in a deep dive, the components of Emotional Intelligence and its necessity in the workplace.  She will also share some best practices that you can leverage in your day-to-day life to increase self-awareness and EQ.
